BlueBow Research & Consultancy has been appointed as a supplier on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS7) framework across Lot 1: Digital Outcomes and Lot 3: Digital Specialists.

It means BlueBow can now be engaged through one of government’s established procurement routes to support both outcome-led delivery and specialist capability from full discovery and service redesign through to embedded expertise within existing teams.

Lot 1 — Digital Outcomes enables BlueBow to design, build, and deliver complete digital services or programmes, from discovery through to live.

Lot 3 — Digital Specialists provides access to individual specialists — including user researchers, service designers, technical architects, and delivery managers to support specific needs within an existing programme.

Together, they reflect how we work best: close to delivery, close to users, and close to the decisions that shape successful services.
