Accessibility statement

Blue Bow Research and Consultancy Ltd (BlueBow) runs this website. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. You should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard or speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader

We have also made the text as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible this website is

We have not yet completed a full audit of this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We will test the main pages and journeys by 30 November 2026, using automated tools together with manual keyboard and screen reader checks. We will then update this statement with the results and a plan to fix any problems found.

Accessibility in our work

BlueBow designs its research and services so that people with different needs can take part. Participants are offered adjustments such as a choice of session format, extra time and breaks, the option to bring a supporter, and materials in plain English and accessible formats. Research materials and outputs we publish as web content are checked against WCAG 2.2 at level AA. These commitments are set out in our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

This statement was prepared on 20 October 2026. It will be reviewed after the audit is completed and at least once a year.
