How buying from us usually works

Most work reaches us as a further competition run under a framework, dynamic purchasing system or dynamic market. We are already qualified to receive those competitions on every agreement listed below. Direct award is available on some agreements where a buyer is able to justify it, and we will tell you plainly whether your case supports one.

  1. Find the agreement

Pick the route your organisation already has access to. Each entry below carries the reference, lot and expiry date your commercial team needs.

  2. Tell us the requirement

Send the outline scope to contracts@bluebowrc.com. We confirm within one working day whether we can deliver it and under which agreement.

  3. Run the competition

Issue your requirement through the agreement's own portal. We respond with a named senior lead, a delivery plan and priced days.

  4. Mobilise

Our standard mobilisation is ten working days from award, covering onboarding, security checks, data protection sign-off and a kick-off with your product owner.

Our live agreements

Every entry below is a position BlueBow currently holds as at 9 September 2026. Agreements we are applying to enter are left off this page until appointment is confirmed.

Two audiences, two conversations

If you are a public sector buyer

Send us the outline requirement and the agreement you hold. We will confirm capability, name the senior lead who would run the work and set out how we would approach it, before you commit to writing a specification.

  • Confirmation of fit within one working day
  • Named senior researcher or designer on every engagement
  • Priced day rates held against each agreement
  • Mobilisation in ten working days from award

If you are a lead supplier or consortium partner

We work as a specialist subcontractor on programmes where research, service design or accessibility sits inside a larger delivery. Our agreements, insurance and certification are in place, so due diligence on us is short.

  • Lot coverage in research, user-centred design and accessibility
  • SME status that supports your social value scoring
  • Pre-cleared assurance pack available on request
  • Associates matched to the specialism the programme needs
